Events and entertainment

Unofficial affiliate events
Event registration deadline: 30 March 2009
Why not add to the fellowship of the convention by planning your own event? Unofficial affiliate events during previous conventions have included district and zone receptions, intercountry committee dinners, Global Networking Group meetings, and regional events.

The procedures form will give you an overview of the process. Your event can be held at a hotel (PDF), but the convention center is already booked. Please direct your questions to Jatare Barrett , small meetings specialist.

Global Networking Group chairs may use the meeting request form to reserve space for their groups to hold an annual meeting. However any Global Networking Group chairs wishing to plan events outside of this meeting room (offsite events at a hotel, for example), should submit the UAE request for hotel space
